OUR LOGO
The logo of the organisation was designed to reflect the core philosophies of the group. It is a summary of what the organisation is all about. Black and white symbolises the extreme differences that can be found in the world be it race, religion, social status, or sex.

The unconventional style of the word "The" shows the flexibility of the organisation which allows it to embrace the changes that come with the passing time. The logo is slanted going upwards from left to right. The slant indicates the dynamism of the organisation; with development there comes new positive ideas and philosophies which give the organisation the type of relevancy it needs to justify its perpetuation. In the right bottom corner of our logo is the organisation's insignia. This is the symbol of Daddy Pompey and the CIA Crew. It is a reminder of the roots from which THE BARCAM has sprung.

OUR METHOD
THE BARCAM utilizes a methodology that is highly collaborative and participatory in nature. The approaches used by the organisation serve as a catalyst for natural and spontaneous reactions, independent thinking and problem solving.

The arts as a vehicle for development provides a base for THE BARCAM interventions. Mental and physical activity that engages the individual in improvisational and process-oriented experiences can be achieved. Interactive Simulations are used to nurture and develop both individual and group skills, and to enhance the participants' abilities to communicate their ideas, images, and feelings in concert with others through dramatic action.
